On Sunday, July 26, the debut of an original work of music, dance and poetry to honor our late and beloved Theology Department Chair Sister Annette Moran premiered. The original song cycle, "Patterned for Thee," based on the poetry Sister Moran had written before her death from cancer was composed by Carroll Associate Professor of Music Dr. Lynn Petersen.  Patterned for Thee" was performed by Petersen on grand piano accompanied by operatic soprano Heather Barnes, on stage simultaneously with the world premiere of "Annette," an all-new ballet by Artisan Dance, choreographed by Director Sallyann Mulcahy.

A newly published book of Sister Moran's complete works of poetry and other writings is available in the bookstore.

Our deepest appreciation

to Dr. James and Joan Schneller who funded production of the performance.
