A voice recital will be performed by Ms. Heather Barnes, soprano, and Associate Professor of Music Dr. Lynn L. Petersen, pianist, at St. Peter's Episcopal Cathedral at 7:00 P.M.  The program will include works by Vivaldi, Mozart, R.
