Welcome Back Athletes!

We're getting back into the swing of things fast!  With two and three-a-days just around the corner we have some very important tips for you:

1. Stay hydrated:

You will be sweating like crazy in each of your practices so make sure you replenish your body with plenty of water before, during, and after practices.

2. Eat Well:

Keep your body in top physical condition by eating balanced meals throughout the day.  Please don't skip meals!

3. Listen to your body:

If your tight - stretch..if your sore - ice, but make sure that you let the athletic training staff know if you are injured!

4. Sleep

Get plenty of sleep! This is pretty self explanatory.

 

 

 

Mission Statement

The athletic training staff at Carroll College will strive to provide optimal health care through the education, prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of the student athlete population.  The staff will be responsible for management of the athletic training room as well as administrative duties.  The staff will also provide a positive, hands-on learning environment for students interested in the athletic training profession.
