Assistant Director of Community Living
Carroll College, a Diocesan Catholic liberal arts institution located in the hills of the Rocky Mountains seeks an Assistant Director for Community Living. The position is a 12-month, live-in assignment with responsibilities that include the following areas: oversight of 24/7 desk staff, housing, conduct, residence hall governance, co-curricular and extra-curricular programming, supervision of Community Advisor staff, and involves a rotating weeknight and weekend on-call duty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, proven effective leadership skills, excellent communication skills; preference given to candidates with a related master's degree and experience in residence life. Successful candidates will be required to articulate their ability to support Carroll's mission statement.
