Room Use Policy
The following Library rooms are available for use only by Carroll College faculty, staff and students.
| Conference Room A (Room 228) | Oval conference table with seating for 20, additional seats around room perimeter; white board; ceiling-mounted projector connected to PC with internet connection and DVD/VHS players; television connected to DVD and VHS players. |
| Conference Room B (Room 129) | four tables with seating for six at each table, additional seats around room perimeter; white board; ceiling-mounted projector connected to PC with internet connection and DVD/VHS players, overhead projector. |
| Seminar Room (Room 120) | table with seating for eight; small white board. |
| Classroom (Room 128) | Thirteen small tables (each seats one); green board; overhead projector. |
| Room 227 | Seven Macintosh computers with internet access, external zip and hard drives, six-in-one card readers, DVD burners, and iPhoto, iTunes, iDVD, and iMovie; analog to digital converter; ceiling-mounted projector; slide scanner; DVD/VCR player; flatbed scanner. |
RESERVATIONS
Conference Rooms
These rooms are in continual use. Reservations are highly suggested. Carroll College faculty, staff, and students should contact Circulation Supervisor Peggy Kude (447-4346).
- Conference Rooms A and B may be reserved by faculty for classes and for viewing videos.
- Faculty and staff may reserve the rooms for Carroll College committee meetings. Reservations are required.
- Conference rooms are available for group study with deposit of student ID.
- Students may reserve a conference room to view college-owned video tapes/DVDs.
- If the rooms are not in use, students may use them to view college-owned videos/DVDs, on a first come, first served basis.
Seminar Room
The Seminar Room may be reserved for classes, meetings, and viewing videos. Reservations are strongly advised. If the room is not reserved, students may use it for studying. However, students using the room to study must relinquish the room to students, faculty, or staff requiring the room to view videos.
Classroom
The library classroom may be reserved by faculty for class use. When the classroom is not in use, it may be used for group studying or class viewing of videos on Library reserve.
Room 227
This room is open to the Carroll College community and may be reserved.
Students wishing to study in groups may use the Library classroom, if available, or the Carroll Campus Center.
The Carroll Campus Center is available for use by the general public. Please call 447-4407 for information and reservations.
