Directions for filling out ILL form:

A written policy of the Corette Library ILL service is available. Submission of an ILL form indicates you are willing to comply with the policy. Failure to comply with the instructions on this form may result in a non-fulfillment of the request.

1. Do not put more than one request on a form.
2. ILL can take 2 - 3 weeks.
3. Average ILL cost $35.00. The library pays these costs and does not pass the costs on to you; however, the library reserves the right to pass on the direct costs to you. Please indicate how much you are willing to pay ($8.00 minimum is required).
4. There are no renewals on ILL materials.
