Carroll's job boards are viewed by students and graduates of Carroll College who are interested in obtaining a job or acquiring an internship. If you would like to post a job or internship on our boards, please e-mail your job description to . Note: This is an e-mail address, NOT a website address. We do not have a website where you can submit job descriptions to be posted.

Acceptance of Listings

At our discretion, Career Services accepts job listings from third-party employment agencies, provided that the service is free to the candidate and the name of the employer is known to Career Services.

As a general rule, we do not accept any job listing that requires an outlay of money by the student as a prerequisite for employment. This rule includes multi-level marketing opportunities.

Internship job descriptions are also filed for student viewing in the Career & Testing Services main office. For more infomation regarding our internship program, send an e-mail to requesting an internship information packet. Additional information is also available on our internships page.

Annual Career Fair

The primary sponsor of this event is now The Helena Independent Record. Participating collaborators include Carroll College Career Services, The Helena College of Technology of the University of Montana Career Services, and the Helena Job Service Workforce Center. If you are interested in attending, please request registration information from the Independent Record at the following e-mail address: .

Annually the fair brings over 100 employers and 900 - 1,000 job seekers to our campus. We would like to have your organization join us!

Please note that business ventures, including opportunities which require an initial investment, involve multi-level marketing or are classified as independent contracting will not be able to participate in the career fair.

The Helena Independent Record hosts another career fair (without the participation of the entities that collaborate with the annual  spring fair) each fall.  For information about their  fall career fair, please contact them directly at the email address above, or by phoning 447-4042.
