CIEE Teach Abroad programs offer academic-year teaching assignments, and in Asia, a one semester option. CIEE staff negotiate a placement teaching English, a local stipend, and temporary housing. We provide pre-departure advising (including visa), medical insurance, a comprehensive in-country orientation, and 24-hour support services. Eligibility requirements to Teach Abroad with CIEE include a bachelor's degree in any discipline, native English fluency, and a genuine interest to share experiences using creativity, inventiveness, and global and cultural savvy. For both Teach in Chile and Teach in Spain, upper intermediate to advanced Spanish skills are essential.
